TAP INTO YOUR GROUP'S CREATIVITY. Creative teams are often under a great deal of pressure – from intense deadlines to constraints on what they can produce, which many times stifles their ability to be innovative and leads to burnout. Paint Your Guts Out!© Team Events mix an inspiring environment, team-bonding activities and process painting to give participants unique tools to refresh their creative flow while working in a structured environment.

The experience helps awaken and strengthen the intuitive freedom of the "right brain" while warding off the critical voices of the left. Group sessions also lead to team bonding and cooperation, increased confidence, increased productivity, decreased stress and improved workflow.

The work team version of Paint Your Guts Out!© will have your group impressed with their own creative collaborations and synergy. Workshops are offered for groups of six or more, with individual coaching sessions for participants available in the ensuing weeks.

Half Day Workshops are more focused on the individuals and include:
- Left vs. Right Brain Introduction
- Process Painting Orientation
- Creative Block Busters
- Guided Facilitation
- Plenty of Time for Individual Painting
- Group Debrief

Full Day Workshops include all Half Day Workshop Elements, but lend the afternoon to team-bonding, including:
- Team Bonding Painting Exercise
- Unified Painting Project
- Team Strengths and Opportunities Analysis

Pricing:
Prices for group sessions start at $650 for half day, $950 for full day with up to 6 participants; and $85 for each additional person for a maximum of 12. Follow-up one-on-one creativity coaching sessions for individuals are $90 per person and are available to drive personal creative transformation.

Everyone is a beginner in this process, regardless of the level of art-making experience!
